Terms of service
Last updated October 2, 2026The rules for using inbox MCP. We've kept them as short and plain as we can. Please read them, especially the parts about connected accounts, AI apps and billing.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Logike SAS, SIRET 90230339500021, 128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris, France ("we", "us") for your use of inbox MCP, including the website, dashboard, MCP server and API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. The Service
inbox MCP connects your LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp accounts to AI apps that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and paces the actions those apps take so they stay within safe limits. Features, tools and limits are described in the documentation and may change over time.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
- Give us an accurate email address and keep access to it secure: it is how you sign in.
- Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace and keys.
- Workspace admins control members, connected accounts and billing for that workspace.
4. LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp and other services
inbox MCP is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by LinkedIn, Microsoft, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta or Telegram. You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to use, and you remain bound by each app's terms and policies (such as LinkedIn's User Agreement, WhatsApp's and Instagram's Terms of Service, and Telegram's Terms of Service).
These apps may limit or restrict accounts that use automation. Our pacing and limits are designed to lower that risk, but we cannot guarantee that an app will never restrict, suspend, ban or close an account, and we are not responsible if it does.
The Service relies on third parties, including Unipile, Cloudflare, Stripe and the AI apps you connect. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing, deceptive or unlawful content;
- collect or sell personal data about LinkedIn members, or anyone you message, in breach of privacy law;
- impersonate anyone, or use an account without its owner's permission;
- work around our limits, pacing or security, or test them with automated load;
- resell, sublicense or offer the Service to others as your own, unless we agree in writing;
- break any law, or infringe anyone's rights.
We may pause actions, suspend access or close accounts that break these rules.
6. AI apps act on your behalf
Actions taken through the Service, including by AI apps you connect, are taken on your behalf and you are responsible for them. AI apps can make mistakes: review messages, invitations and posts before they are sent, and grant each app only the permissions it needs. You can revoke an app's access at any time.
7. Trial, billing and cancellation
- New workspaces get a free trial when they first connect an account. No card is needed. One trial per person and per connected account.
- After the trial, the Service is billed per connected account (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp), monthly in advance, at the price shown in the dashboard and documentation. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
- No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for partial months, unused connected accounts, downgrades, cancellation, an app restricting an account, or suspension or termination of your access. The free trial is there so you can try the Service before paying.
- If you subscribe as a consumer in the European Union, you ask us to start the Service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has started.
- If a trial or subscription ends without payment, connected accounts are disconnected after 12 hours.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you send and receive through the Service. You give us a limited licence to process it only as needed to run the Service for you. You confirm you have the right to send it.
9. Our rights
The Service, its software, design and brand belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering the Service, we will give you reasonable notice.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use puts the Service, other users or connected accounts at risk. When your account ends, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or for restrictions placed on your connected accounts by LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp or any other app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury.
14. Indemnity
If you use the Service for a business, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell you by email at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms; if you don't agree, you can cancel before they apply.
